Help us find the issue
- The email address on your account and your educator or organization name.
- A brief description of the issue, the time and time zone it happened, and the steps that led to it.
- Your browser and device, and the chart symbol or feature involved.
- A screenshot if useful, with sensitive information hidden.
Share a page's basic address if relevant, but remove sign-in links, verification tokens, payment-session details, and other private query parameters.
Keep secrets out of email. Never send passwords, verification codes, API keys, full card numbers, card security codes, signatures, or identity documents.
Subscriptions and billing
Use your billing experience's cancellation option where available, or email support for help canceling, understanding a charge, or requesting a refund. Include your account email and the subscription or educator name. Do not send payment-card details. Your accepted offer and applicable consumer rights determine billing and refund rights.
Market-data setup
If setup does not move forward after you complete a QuoteMedia form, tell us which stage is shown and any visible error message. Do not send a signed agreement or open a new account to work around the issue. We can investigate the account and entitlement status.
Support cannot provide trading recommendations or place trades. For an urgent order or financial transaction, contact your broker directly.
Privacy and account security
Use the same support address for privacy requests or suspected unauthorized account access. Describe the concern without including credentials. See our Privacy Policy for information about privacy requests and our Terms of Service for subscription terms.
