About these terms
These terms govern your use of the FlexCharting website and services operated by FlexCharting LLC, Virginia, USA. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Separate written educator or enterprise agreements and the specific offer you accept may include additional terms for that purchase.

Charting and educational use
FlexCharting provides charting, market-data access, and tools for educational and informational use. The charting service does not execute trades or provide personalized investment recommendations. Charts, indicators, alerts, scanners, earnings calendars, and split information are not personalized financial advice or an instruction to trade.
You are responsible for your investment decisions and for independently checking information before relying on it. We do not promise trading results, profits, or the suitability of a strategy. Educators are responsible for their own content and representations.
Your account
Provide accurate account and market-data classification information, keep it current, and protect your sign-in details. Use only an account you are authorized to access. Let support@flexcharting.com know if you believe your account has been compromised.
Access depends on the purchased offer, payment status, applicable market-data eligibility, and required provider or exchange agreements. Creating an account does not by itself activate a paid subscription or licensed data access. Do not share account access or misrepresent professional or non-professional status.
Subscriptions, renewals, and billing
The offer shown at checkout or in your separate agreement specifies the price, currency, billing interval, included features, and any disclosed trial or additional data fees. Review those details before authorizing payment. FlexCharting collects subscription payments through Stripe; an educator's compensation is governed separately.
For a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the offer you accept until it is canceled. A trial converts to paid service only as disclosed in the offer you accept. Any changes affecting your charges or renewal terms will be communicated as required by applicable law and your agreement.
Use the cancellation option in your billing experience where available, or email support@flexcharting.com for cancellation help. Include the account email and educator or subscription name, but no card details. Ask before your next renewal if you want to stop future recurring charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and paid access continues through that period unless an applicable agreement or legal right requires otherwise. The cancellation action does not itself issue a refund.
For a billing dispute or refund request, contact support. The purchase-specific disclosures, your agreement, and applicable consumer rights govern available refunds and cancellation rights. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Software and market-data licenses
You may use the software and available data for the purposes permitted by your offer and applicable licenses. FlexCharting and its licensors retain their rights in the software, branding, and supplied materials. You retain any rights you already hold in content you provide; you allow us to process that content as needed to operate the service.
QuoteMedia and exchanges may require separate agreements, classification information, and fees. Those requirements apply in addition to these terms. Do not redistribute, resell, scrape, bulk extract, or provide third parties with licensed market data unless you have the necessary authorization. Access to a chart does not grant a right to redistribute its underlying data.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, impersonate others, infringe intellectual-property rights, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access or licensing controls, or disrupt the service. Do not use another person's account or attempt to access another educator's private records.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, nonpayment, legal requirements, or provider licensing restrictions. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a way to contact support about the restriction. A restriction does not remove any applicable rights relating to paid service or refunds.
Availability and third-party services
Features, data coverage, and availability depend on the applicable offer and third-party services. Outages, maintenance, licensing changes, or provider failures can interrupt service or make information incomplete or delayed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free data, or delivery of every alert. Use an independent source to verify information needed for a trading decision.
Links and integrations do not make FlexCharting responsible for an independent educator's content or a provider's separate services. Their terms may also apply.
Applicable law and changes
Virginia law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections and other rights that apply where you live. Nothing here requires you to waive a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
We will post updated terms on this page with a revised date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights.
